What is a flat bed?
A flat bed replaces your truck's pickup box with an open deck. Nothing has to fit between wheel wells or come in through a tailgate, so you can load from any side and haul cargo a pickup box could never handle. Most models are built to tow from a gooseneck or bumper hitch as well.
What brand of flat beds do you carry?

Should I get steel or aluminum?
Steel is a durable choice for heavy duty work, and aluminum is lightweight and corrosion resistant. What's the difference between a flat bed and a stake body?
A stake body is a flat bed with removable sides. Leave the sides on to keep a load contained, or pull them off and run an open deck. If your loads change day to day, it's worth considering.
Can I tow a gooseneck trailer with a flat bed?
Yes, and most CM flat beds are built for it. Many models come with B&W gooseneck and bumper-pull hitches built in. Tell us what you're pulling and we'll make sure the bed and hitch are matched to your truck's ratings.
Will a flat bed fit my truck?
Fit comes down to your truck's cab-to-axle measurement, frame, and payload rating, and flat beds come in a range of lengths and widths to match. Tell us the year, make, and model and we'll confirm what works before you order anything.
Can you install a bed on a truck I already own?
Yes. We install flat beds whether or not the truck came from us. If you're shopping for the truck too, we carry new and used chassis cabs from Chevy, GMC, Ford, and Ram and can have the bed mounted before you pick it up.
How long does the install take?
It depends on the build and what else is going on the truck, but because we stock beds and do the work in-house, our turnaround is usually weeks rather than months. Call us with your project and we'll give you a realistic timeline up front.
Can you add toolboxes, racks, or lighting?
Yes. We stock toolboxes, headache racks, stake sides, work lighting, hitches, and tie-downs, and they can all be installed at the same time as the bed, which saves you a second trip. Our accessories page has the full lineup of what we carry.
Do you work with fleets?
